You might hear some prompts when using our calling cards. The meaning of these prompts is explained below.
1. Prompts that you can hear after entering your PIN-code.
1.1. “Your PIN code is invalid” – you’ve made a mistake while entering the PIN-code.
1.2. “Your PIN code is blocked” – the balance of your card has run out.
1.3. “No figures are entered” – your phone is not in tone dialing mode.

2. Prompts that you can hear after dialing the destination number.
2.1 “Check that the number you have dialed is correct” - you have dialed a wrong country code, city code or destination number.
