Q) Can I get a list of all calls made with my card?
A) Go to Orders History or Recharges History area in Your Account to get the information on the numbers you called as well as the information on the date, time, duration, price and destination of the calls made with your card. Click the Check Balance link that corresponds with the card you are checking in the Actions column.
Q) How do I know how many minutes are left on my card?
A) Our system will let you know how many minutes you can spend talking with the person you are calling to with your card each time you dial a destination number. When one minute is left on your card during the conversation, the system will inform you about this with a short warning beep.
Q) How do I know what the balance left on my card is?
A) There are two ways in which you can learn the balance of your card.
1. Call to any of our Access Numbers and enter your PIN-code. After that you will hear the message about the account balance of your card. When the calls are made from the numbers registered for PIN-less dialing, the system will inform you about your card balance right after you dial the Access Number.
2. To receive information on your card balance, the numbers dialed, date, time, duration and destination of the calls made with the calling card, go to Orders History or Recharges History area in Your Account. Click the Check Balance link that corresponds with the card you need in the Actions column.
Q) What happens when my balance runs out?
A) Your call will be automatically terminated when the balance on your card runs out completely. You will have to recharge your calling card to continue using it.
Q) How can I recharge my calling card?
A) You can recharge your calling card any time you like. Please go to Orders History or Recharges History section in Your Account, select the card you want to recharge and the amount needed and click button .
Q) How long does it take to recharge the card?
A) Your calling card will be recharged within 5 to 10 minutes and you will get an e-mail notification confirming it.
Q) Can I change my account information after signing up?
A) Yes. Please access Edit Account Information area in Your Account, make the necessary changes and click Save button.
