Q) Do I have to switch my long distance carrier in order to use your calling cards?
A) No. You do not have to cancel or switch your present long distance carrier as our cards work from any phone.

 

Q) How long does it take to verify my order and get my PIN?
A) All orders from first time buyers have to go through a verification procedure which takes about an hour in order to protect our customers from credit card frauds and provide on-line security. After the purchase is made you will get an e-mail notification, confirming the receipt of your order. We will send you a second e-mail with the details about your PIN, access numbers and dialing instructions when the verification is complete.
Our regular clients receive a PIN right after placing an order.

 

Q) What to do if I didn't receive my PIN?
A) Check Spam or Junk Folder in your mailbox or go to Orders History or Recharges History section of Your Account.

 

Q) I have lost my PIN number. How do I retrieve it?
A) To get the lost PIN-code for your calling card go to Orders History or Recharges History section of Your Account.

 

Q) Will my calling card ever expire?
A) No. You will be able to use your card for an unlimited period of time.
