1. Dial toll free access number or your local access number and wait for a prompt.
2. Enter your PIN and listen to your account balance.
3. Dial your destination number:

    - For international calls dial: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone Number

    - For calls to the USA and Canada dial: 1 + Area Code + Phone Number

 

From Russia, Ukraine, Tadjikistan
1. Dial your local access number and wait for a prompt.
2. Press  key to switch your phone into tone mode. Enter your PIN and listen to your account balance.
3. Dial your destination number:
    - For international calls dial: 8 + Country Code + Area Code + Phone Number
    - For calls within Russia dial: 8 10 + Area Code + Phone Number
