Q) What is the minute rounding?
A) Minute rounding (billing increment) is a time interval, to which your talk time will be rounded, or, in other words, this is the basic unit for the phone call duration calculation. For example, if you use a card with a 3-minute rounding, a 2-minute call will be charged for three minutes of talk time.
You can see from the table below how the minutes deducted from your card are calculated depending on the type of rounding.

Q) Will additional surcharges be applied when I place a call from a payphone?
A) No. When you use our cards to call from a payphone you pay for your talk time only, just like you do when you call from any landline or cellular phone.

Q) Will I be charged if my call does not go through?
A) No. The money will be deducted only after the connection with the other party is established. The connection will be confirmed by a short sound signal. The connection is also considered successful if the answering machine or the fax machine of the other party responds.
