About your Account

Creating an Account
 
You have to sign in and open an Account on our site to make orders and to access all the services we offer.
We value you can sign in and create Your Account either at Checkout or in advance, by clicking Your Account icon in the top right hand corner of any page and filling out the form that appears on the screen.
A Card Account will be created for those who have bought calling cards on our site. A separate VoIP Account will be created for the VoIP Service users.
Note: The password for accessing your VoIP account is also your PIN-code, which can be used by our users to make calls from ordinary phones.
 
Account Features
 
Orders Status and History
You can always get the information on the date, amount, number and status of your orders, products bought and amounts recharged.
Calling Cards. Go to Orders History or Recharges History section of Your Card Account.
VoIP Service. Go to Account Information section of Your VoIP Account.
 
Recharging Your Calling Card and Your VoIP Service Account
Calling Cards.
Go to Orders History or Recharges History section of Your Account to recharge your calling card. Select the amount you need for the corresponding card from the drop-down list in the Recharge Card column and click button . Click Checkout on the page containing the card information and the information on the amount to be recharged, which will then open and make the payment.
VoIP Service. In order to recharge the balance of Your VoIP Account please go to Recharge Your Balance section, indicate the amount needed, click Continue button and make the payment.
 
Call Statistics and Balance Check
Calling Cards. To receive information on your card balance, the numbers dialed, date, time, duration and destination of the calls made with the calling card, go to Orders History or Recharges History section of Your Account. Click the Check Balance link that corresponds with the card you need in the Actions column.
VoIP Service. VoIP Service users can obtain the same information in Call Statistics section of VoIP Account. For more details see VoIP Service/How to Use/Calls Statistics.
 
Note: You can also check your card balance or your VoIP Account by phone. In order to do this, please call one of our Access Numbers, enter your PIN-code and listen to the system’s message about the amount of money left on your account.
You will hear a message about the amount of money left on your account right after your call has gone through if you are calling from a number registered for PIN-less dialing.
 
PIN-code Information
Calling Cards.
To get the PIN-code for your calling card go to Orders History or Recharges History section of Your Account.
The PIN-code will be send to the e-mail address provided by you on registration.
VoIP Service. Go to Password Changes section in order to see your PIN-code (the PIN-code is also used as a password for accessing Your Account).
 
Personalizing VoIP Service
You can make the necessary adjustments of various service features available to the users of our VoIP service with the help of your VoIP Account. For more details see
VoIP Service/How to Use.
 
E-mail Updates
Would you like to get timely information about our phone call rate changes, new products and services and special offers for our clients? If so, please subscribe for our newsletter when signing up or go to Edit Account Information section of Your Account.
If you wish to terminate your subscription, click the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter received from us or uncheck the boxes next to the name of the newsletter in “Edit Account Information” section of Your Account and click Save.
 
Canceling an Order
Calling Cards. To cancel the order that you have made, find it in Orders History or Recharges History section in Your Account and click Cancel Order link under it. Fill out the form that will appear on the screen and click Submit button.
VoIP Service. Please send an e-mail to our Customer Service with an indication of the amount that you have transferred, the date on which your account has been recharged and your SIP ID in order to cancel the recharge of your VoIP Account.

Account Information Updates
 
You can change the information that you have entered while signing up on our site at any time you like.
Calling Cards. Please go to Edit Account Information section, make the alterations needed and click Save button.
VoIP Service. Please go to Account Information section and click the Change link. Make the alterations needed on the page that will appear and click Save button.
 
Accessing Your Account
 
Check that your log-in and password are correct if you fail to access Your Account.
