Return Policy

You can cancel your order and get the money paid for the calling card or the VoIP service back in the following cases:

1. If for any reason your card or your VoIP service does not work.

2. If you have never used your card or if your VoIP Account balance is the same as the amount recharged the last time.

Calling Cards
To cancel the order that you have made, find it in Orders history or Recharges History section in Your Account and click Cancel Order link under it. Fill out the form that will appear on the screen and click Submit button.
We will send you an email confirmation and refund you the payment to your credit card account immediately if your request complies with our Return Policy.
 
VoIP Service
Please send an e-mail to our Customer Service with an indication of the amount that you have transferred, the date on which your account has been recharged and your SIP ID in order to cancel the recharge of your VoIP Account.
